Initiate Your Request
Log into your 33mm account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
